What forms of credit card payment does RitDye.com accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
 
Does RitDye.com ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Sorry, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. We can ship only to residential and business addresses in the 50 American states.
 
How much does shipping and handling cost?
Your shipping cost via FedEx Ground service is automatically calculated at checkout. It will vary depending on the number and weight of items purchased, and where your order is being shipped. To be informed of these costs, please review your order total before confirming your purchase.
 
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Allow at least 10 business days for processing and shipment of orders via FedEx Ground service. You will receive a FedEx tracking number along with the shipping confirmation email on the day your order ships. Please use the tracking number to get an estimated delivery date.
 
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
You can contact customer service by email or phone (see below) and try to cancel the order before you receive your shipment confirmation, but we can't cancel once it's been shipped.
 
Can I return an order once it's been delivered?
Contact customer service (see below) to return an order. We'll happily offer you a refund if you pay for shipping and return products in resale condition. If the return is due to our own error, we'll gladly send you a corrected order.
