Instructions

Note:  Cover work area with plastic cover.

  1. Wearing latex gloves, measure and mix 1 teaspoon Royal Blue dye with 1/2 cup hot water.
  2. Dip paper towel sheet in dye until desired color is achieved.  Remove paper towel and squeeze out excess dye.  Lay flat on plastic.  Add a few brush strokes of Scarlet dye, right from the bottle, on dyed wet paper towel.
  3. Line bottom of microwave with paper towels.  Place dyed paper towel flat on paper towels in microwave and set on High for 1 minute or until dry.  Remove from microwave.
  4. Cut and tear Royal Blue paper towel to fit on bottom of card as shown and glue to card stock.
  5. Rub gold ink pad lightly across paper towel to get gold highlights.
  6. Stamp birds using black water resistant ink pad across top of card so they appear to be on top of the blue paper towel.  Color birds using Twinkling H20 paints.
  7. Stamp “Hello” in Denim blue on top left corner of card stock.
