Tee shirt refashion scarf

Step 2:

Take each strip/loop and loop it in half twice to make these donut shapes. I tie-dyed the loops purple and red. Then I attached them with a piece of grey ribbon. I also dye a few plastic pearl beads purple and sewed them on afterward.
