OVERVIEW STEP-BY-STEP
Thrift store dress sprayed with bleach, rinsed, then dyed with purple powder rit dye. Dissolved 1 package into 2 cups boiling water. Dipped sections in rubber bands and sprinkled randomly over dress. Let sit overnight, then rinsed.
