Trim Your Tree with Dyed Button Ornaments!

Instead of a cookie swap this year, why not try a button swap! Ask your friends to dye some bags of buttons and bring them to a party. Then swap the dyed-buttons, and spend the evening filling glass ornaments. Dyeing buttons is easy and requires very little time.  Using a small amount of dye and 1 cup of hot water, many different dye colors can be offered. The more colors, the merrier!  When making your own ornaments, colors can be personalized and color-coordinated to your home decor.
