Make a Special Thanksgiving Flower Arrangement with Dyed Buttons!

Here’s a quick idea for turning white buttons into a colorful flower frog that will keep your flowers standing tall.  We chose the Rit dye colors of Lemon Yellow, Golden Yellow, Sunshine Orange and Apple Green for our autumn table setting.  Dip-dyeing buttons can be done in just minutes, and it’s so easy to do!  Most white buttons are made out of nylon.  Rit is one of the few dyes that will color nylon.  That means you can transform ordinary white buttons into colorful accents that will match or coordinate with any décor.  Crafters especially like to dye buttons and turn them into jewelry, holiday wreaths, birthday party favors and wedding decorations.
