“Kiss Me I’m Irish” Headband

Dianne

Ann Butler made this headband that is sure to get you the kiss you want on St. Patty’s Day!   Fun to wear and easy to make.  Ribbon was hand dyed and wrapped around a plastic headband and then glittery stemmed shamrocks were glued to the band.
